Aloha American Realty, Inc. ("we", "us") is a Hawaii real estate brokerage. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you use a form on this site, you choose what to send. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, the address of a property, your timeline, your budget or price range, and anything you write in a message.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request and to follow up about your inquiry. Requests go to Marcus Suzuki (R). If you give a phone number and agree on the form, we may text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us any other way, and we will stop texting you. Consent to texts is not required to send a request.

Text messages

Our forms include an optional, unchecked box for text messages. If you check it, you agree that Marcus Suzuki (R) of Aloha American Realty, Inc. may text you at the phone number you gave about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can use the form without checking the box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us any other way, and we will stop texting you. We do not sell your phone number or share it for others' marketing. [Confirm with counsel before launch.]

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described below, when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Service providers that handle form submissions

When you send a form, your request passes through these services so that it reaches us. Our website keeps no copy of it.

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and runs the code that receives your request. Its Turnstile spam check runs on pages with a form. Turnstile may collect technical information about your browser and device and your IP address to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare is a hosting provider and also sees ordinary web request information, such as your IP address.
• Resend is the email service that delivers your request to us. It receives everything you typed in the form (for example your name, email address, phone number, property address, message, and whether you checked the text-message box), the date and time, and the web address of this site. Resend keeps a delivery record of the email for a limited time.
• Google (Gmail) is the email service where we receive and keep your request.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We use them only to deliver and receive your request, not to market to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or similar storage on your device and does not track you across sites. We see totals such as pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes ordinary web requests to deliver pages.

Do Not Track and children

Do Not Track: our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because we do not track you across sites.

Children: this site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries, including any text-message consent, for 4 years after our last contact, and records of transactions for as long as Hawaii real estate rules require. Then we delete them. You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent us by contacting us below, unless the law requires us to keep it.

If you become a client

We share your information with others involved in your transaction as needed to complete it, such as escrow, lenders, inspectors and the other party's brokerage, and as your agreement allows.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and we dispose of records securely. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Hawaii law requires.

Fonts and outside scripts

This site hosts its own fonts and does not load them from outside services. The only outside scripts on this site are Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads from challenges.cloudflare.com on pages with a form, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com.
